Terms Of Service

Thank you for requesting one of my commissions! I look forward to working with you. Please read the TOS in full before submitting your request.General:Customers must be 18 years or older to commission my work.
Commissions may take 2+ months to complete, but progress updates will be provided, to help give a better timeline estimate.
After receiving your commission request, I will be reaching out through email to confirm details and pricing.Payments:Payments must be made in USD (United States Dollar)
All payments will be prossessed through PayPal or Kofi, no exceptions.
The prices listed below are for personal use commissions only. Commercial use prices are negotiated through email.
Half of the commission price must be paid upfront before work can start.
The final half of the payment must be paid before the final work is submitted.Content Rules:My art cannot be used to harass, disparage, or bully anyone. I do not tolerate the use of my work for anything derogatory in nature.
My work is not to be used to train or prompt any AI models.
Not Safe for Work Subject Matter:
Sexual Content can be suggestive but not explicit
Gore will not be overly gruesome or violent
I am willing to work with a variety of subject matter; however I am mostly experienced in humanoid character design. I will be up front if I think a subject is out of my current skill setRefunds:If the client needs to cancel the project for any reason before the commission is completed. I maintain the right to keep the prepaid 50% deposit. But the client will not have to pay the remainder of the agreed upon cost.If I, as the artist, need to cancel the project for any reason, the customer will receive a refund of the deposit and any progress I had made until point of cancelation.Personal vs Commercial useFor personal use:I only ask that you me credit for the project. Word of mouth is the best advertisement.
Do not claim my work as your own.For commercial use:Prices will need be adjusted based on the purpose of the commission. Details will be discussed through email.I look forward to working with you.

Character Tokens : 20 USD

For all the table top roll players out there who want to see their character in the action, this commission is for you. A token includes a chest up portrait of your character with a simple background and custom boarder. The file format can be delivered as a png with a transparent background, perfect for importing into roll 20 or printing out to add to your map.

Simple Portraits : 50 USD

See your character come to life with a fully rendered portrait. Poses can range from a simple head shot to a dynamic full body shot. Upon request a simple colored shape or gradient can be added to the background to highlight the subject.

Full Scenes : 100 USD

Like a page from a story book, or a frame from a movie, enjoy a fully rendered scene. Scenes come with a full environment background, visual effects and your character at the center of it all.
